DRRDynamics was established in June 2014 to advance research, capacity building and advocacy on
inclusive disaster risk reduction (DRR).
Our core aim is to promote the inclusion of marginalised groups in DRR, disaster risk management (DRM) and
humanitarian policy and practice.
Our organisation has three key areas of focus:
Consultancy
We offer consultancy services drawing on experience with international aid agencies, national governments, NGOs, academic institutions and the private sector. Our work covers a range of DRR and climate adaptation issues, delivered through short- or long-term projects, or on an ad hoc basis.
Research
We conduct research and analysis focused on the experiences of at-risk and marginalised groups in disaster contexts. This approach supports the development of inclusive research strategies and evidence-based policy recommendations.
Advocacy
We collaborate with NGOs and international development organisations to shape advocacy and strategy across areas such as disaster risk reduction, the climate crisis and broader development policy.
