I am a senior policy and programme advisor with over 15 years of experience in disaster risk reduction (DRR) and climate change. My work has focused on shaping policies and programmes that promote the inclusion of marginalised groups. I am also an experienced trainer, lecturer, researcher and communicator, and have worked with grassroots organisations, NGOs, national governments and international bodies at local, national and global levels.
